Mukhtar Ijaiya is a monitoring, evaluation, research and learning professional with over ten years of progressive professional experience. His core competencies include performance management and measurements, strategic information, data analytics and visualization, M&E systems improvement and strengthening. His experience has spanned roles in multiple public and donor-funded health program areas.   

Mukhtar’s interests lie in the application of digital health innovations, health information systems and evidence synthesis to improve health care service delivery and address health inequalities in low- and middle-income countries, with a specific focus on resource-constrained settings.
