Dan Marin

Dan Marin is the local coordinator supporting the development of the case management information system for child protection in Moldova for the Data for Impact (D4I) project. Prior to joining Palladium, he worked for five years in the development sector and for three years in the civil society sector. His expertise includes digital innovations, design thinking, and citizen engagement. Most recently he worked as a digital adviser at the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on an anti corruption project and as a research officer at the United Nations Development Programme’s Social Innovation Lab (MiLab). There, he had the opportunity to develop new ideas for better governance and citizen engagement, mess up the approach (as part of the design process), and then try again. He holds an MA in International Relations and is finishing his MSc in Information Technologies for Business. Marin is stationed in Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova.
